Who WE are?
We are Heather Mueller and Katie Everson; two moms from Minnesota that love to puzzle. It’s our stress reliever and favorite past time.
We both are married to a “Mike”, have an older son in middle school, and have a younger son in 6th grade, both named “Matthew”!
We founded the puzzling group Puzzle Moms. And we compete as pairs whenever we can.
What do YOU get?
We have been puzzling together for about five years now and we run into many puzzles that we only want to do once.
Our products in our shop are puzzles we have personally done and are ready for a new home. Most puzzles are in great shape the second time around, and we hope you enjoy them as much as we did.
And how do you get them?
We provide two options for getting puzzles: pick up locally or ship to your home. If you are in the Minneapolis, Minnesota metro area, we’d be happy to skip shipping and meet up locally.
However, we know that is not the case for most. We will ship to anywhere in the continental United States. When shipping through mail, we will ensure that your puzzles are packaged with great care and mailed to your home with the smallest shipping fees we can find through PirateShip.com. To give you some examples, you could assume a shipping fee of $7-9 for one puzzle and closer to $20 for a 5lb box of them.
What do WE get?
Being that these puzzles are second-hand, we are asking for about half the cost of a brand new puzzle or less depending on puzzle brand.
We are currently accepting VENMO as payment for shipping orders. Our VENMO business account is: @shoppuzzlemoms. And Venmo or cash for local orders.
All puzzle proceeds will pay for this site and go towards our speed puzzling addiction. ~Don’t feel like you’re enabling. Puzzling is a fun and healthy hobby!
How does our Process work?
All available puzzles are listed in our shop. (We add more puzzles at the beginning of every month.)
If and when you find a puzzle (or puzzles) you want to buy, add them to your cart.
Once ready, view your cart. Decide on local pick up to Plymouth MN, or ship to your home. Then click, “Proceed to Checkout.”
The check out page will ask for your name, address, phone and email. (This data is secure and will not be used for any reason). There is a box you can select to have your email address added to our email list.
The bottom of the page has a link to our refunds and returns policy. We ask that you agree to these terms prior to submitting your request.
When all is ready, click, “Submit Your Quote“.
We will receive your order, collect your puzzles and figure out any additional shipping costs. You will then be invoiced to the email address you submitted. (Be sure to check your junk mail folder for an email from the Puzzle Moms.)
If for any reason you want to cancel or change your order, please reply to the invoice email and we will be happy to assist.
Once payment is received through VENMO, the sale is final and the puzzles will be available for local pickup or shipped to your home (within 1-3 days).
