Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for your interest in one or more of our used puzzles. We do our best to ensure these puzzles are in great shape and make it to you in good condition. We understand the importance of getting a non-damaged box in the mail and will use as much bubble wrap as we see fit to keep it safe.
Because this is a side hobby and not a full fledged business, we will not accept returns. If your product does get damaged in the mail, we can send out an equal or less value puzzle of your choosing from our shop.
To complete your claim for receiving a damaged good, we require you to contact us with a photograph of the damaged good within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please do not return the damaged item.
Once your email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your damage claim and will then specify next steps.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
